M. <br />PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Mr. Hansen stated that if perhaps the <br />recreational building in the family <br />unit section could be one-story and <br />if the architect and staff could come <br />to an agreement, perhaps something <br />more attractive could be presented <br />within the framework of their funding <br />Mr. Levy requested that conditional <br />approval be given based on final go- <br />ahead on the design details to come <br />at a later meeting. This was not <br />forthcoming . <br />e Public Hearing was then closed. <br />motion was then offered by Chairman <br />ons, seconded by Commissioner McLain <br />nd carried, continuing this appli- <br />ation to a meeting on October 24, or <br />t such time designated by the Direc- <br />or of Community Development; in the <br />eantime, the architect is to meet <br />ith Mr. Castro to attempt to work <br />ut an agreement regarding the treat- <br />ents of the buildings. <br />It was Commissioner Pereira's feeling <br />that this point is most important to <br />resolve because the ramifications <br />from a poorly designed development <br />such as this will have repercussions <br />for many years to come. <br />ADJOURNMENT ~he regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission was adjourned at 1:45 A.M. <br />ar¢o J .
