ThE <br />is a 30-day clause for cancellation. <br />A cost breakdown must be submitted by <br />the contractor and must be bonded for <br />the project for either 500 of the tots <br />'construction contract or he must post <br />cash or unconditional letter of <br />credit for 10~ of the total cost of <br />'construction. <br />Regarding the architectural treatment <br />Commissioner Pereira wished to know <br />whether improvements can be made with: <br />the funds available. Secretary Castr< <br />stated that perhaps a revision in the <br />,roof line might do it. Also, the <br />,architectural style is rather incompl~ <br />Mr. Alexander stated that in order to <br />provide the amenities they wished for <br />the project, they had to remove some <br />architectural treatment.
