Instructions were <br />iven to review all properties which <br />re undeveloped and also to review, <br />f necessary, compatibility of those <br />roperties with the existing uses. <br />For this rezoning application, a map <br />was demonstrated indicating the parce s <br />in question and two reports were sub- <br />mitted for Commission's information. <br />It was staff's recommendation that th <br />properties south of Vineyard Avenue <br />be rezoned to single-family, since th <br />C-F designation was inappropriate at <br />that location. And with the removal <br />of the C-F zoning there would no long r <br />be need for the buffer of multiple <br />zoning to the single-family homes. <br />Regarding the C-C zoning of approxi- <br />mately 14 acres.
