Commissioners Present: Garrigan, McLain, Pereira (joined meeting at 8:35 P.M.), Wood and Chairman Pons. Commissioners Absent: None. The Pledge of Allegiance followed. Regarding the minutes of October 3, 1972, a typographical error was dis- covered on Page 10, under Resolution 1206. Commissioner Garrigan indicate that he did not vote on that commenda tion resolution. The correction was noted, and upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner McLain, and carried, the minutes of the meetings of September 26 and October 3, 1972, were approved as submitted, with the one correction noted.
