He would <br />request that he not have to go back <br />to the Commission every five years <br />for renewal as this would hamper his <br />financing. <br />Some discussion followed regarding <br />the condition of inspection of the <br />premises on an annual basis by the <br />Health Officer, in exch ange for the <br />privilege of keeping the sick animals <br />overnight. It was concluded that <br />this condition would be revised to <br />allow a report by the Health Officer <br />on request of the City. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />A resolution was then offered to ap- <br />prove this application with attached <br />conditions. This resolution was <br />adopted. <br />Application of the Planning Commission <br />and the City of Pleasanton to amend <br />the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />,Pleasanton so as to provide for the <br />(preservation of historical landmarks. <br />IIt was determined that this matter be <br />',put over to the meeting of December <br />12 when there will be a full Commis- <br />jsion present. In the meantime, this <br />'matter will be referred to the Centra <br />!Business District Committee for their <br />input, and hopefully, some representa <br />tion from them at the next meeting. <br />-10- <br />
