qti$ y I LEASANTdN <br />~s""~~ C T Y of P <br />.; <br />~~~° Planning Commission <br />~wr~o <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING, w,~\ <br />Date : November 28, 1972 <br />Time : 8:0o P.M. <br />PIGCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br /> Item No. 3 concerned the lighting <br /> pl an which will be submitted for <br /> department approval. <br /> Item No. 4 concerned crushed bark <br /> for the foot path, and the Commis- <br /> sioners felt that a more substantial <br /> material should be utilized. <br /> Regarding Item No. 5, after some dis- <br /> cussion, it was agreed that if the <br /> architect could demonstrate that no <br /> damage will occur to the oak tree <br /> located along the southerly end of <br /> the project, they will go along with <br /> allowing swings to be attached to it. <br /> There were no problems with Items 6, <br /> 7 and 8, which concerned themselves <br /> with the cyclone fence which is to <br /> be removed and replaced with land- <br /> scaping extending to the bank of the <br /> creek; detailed construction plans <br /> being approved by the City; and the <br /> question of separating the tiny tot <br /> area from the play area for the olde <br /> children. <br /> A motion was offered and adopted <br /> approving the preliminary concept <br /> of the Kottinger Village Park, with <br /> the understanding that the architect <br /> will return with more precise drawin <br /> Review of proposed annexation of Motion: <br /> Camp Parks to the Valley Community Seconded: <br /> Services District.
