It was explained that <br />some of the Commissioners had attend <br />in a previous year, and it was felt <br />that only a new Commissioner would <br />profit from a seminar such as was <br />being offered. <br />Secretary Castro explained that the <br />Institute for Planning Commissioners <br />is a mo-rs worthwhile seminar. <br />A "Clean Water" Seminar is being held <br />on January 12, 1973, in Oakland and <br />public officials have been invited tc <br />attend. <br />A poll of those who wish to attend <br />will be taken. <br />Commissioner McLain had a question rE <br />garding the Hayward Hills public <br />hearings currently being conducted. <br />Apparently, he is not always being <br />advised of meetings, and Secretary <br />Castro indicated that he would check <br />into the matter. <br />Regarding the mobilehome park on <br />Vineyard Avenue, because Commissioner <br />McLain was not on the Commission at <br />the time this park was approved, he <br />wished to know whether a sales displ~ <br />was allowed.
