M. <br />PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Discussion followed. <br />MATTERS FOR <br />COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Continued to <br />January 9, 1973 <br />Commissioner Garrigan felt that this <br />matter should be continued for fur- <br />ther study, clarification and <br />hopefully, revision. <br />Commissioner Pereira felt that the <br />matter be reviewed now and perhaps <br />offer to Council a re-write of their <br />resolution, instead of continuing th <br />matter. <br />Commissioner Garrigan, however, felt <br />that Councilman Herlihy, as liaison <br />member between Council and Commissio <br />should be the one to impart the <br />Commission's feelings to the City <br />Council. <br />Bill Edgar, City Manager, stated tha <br />the Council's intention is clear - <br />that they want to keep financial <br />institutions in the downtown. Perha <br />wording of resolution may need some <br />revision. <br />Commissioner Pereira suggested some <br />additional wording for amendment <br />as follows..."except those financial <br />institutions located in the C.B.D. <br />area." This additional wording woul <br />apply to 2a of the resolution. <br />A motion was then offered to return <br />this matter to Council for further <br />clarification. <br />Modification of Office Uses within <br />the I-P (Industrial Park) and I-G <br />(General Industrial) Districts. <br />At the hearing that evening, the <br />revisions were presented to the <br />-12- <br />
