This suggestion was to <br />down. <br />Mr. Hirst advised the Commission tha <br />perhaps the Planning Commission <br />should continue this matter to the <br />next meeting. <br />Commissioner McLain felt strongly <br />that V.C.S.D. should be present at <br />the hearings. <br />Accordingly, two motions were offere <br />and adopted: <br />First Motion Ayes: <br />Offered by Commissioner McLain, Noes: <br />seconded by Commissioner Carrigan Absent: <br />and carried; that the Planning Abstain: <br />Commission offer a statement of <br />intent in the form of a motion to <br />amend Tract 3312 as per the second <br />exhibit attached to the staff report <br />dated September 19, 1972, that re- <br />commendation being that said Tract <br />#3312 be divided into two parts, the <br />portion south of Payne Road and to <br />the east of Holland Drive remaining <br />in the R-1-65 District, and the <br />westerly portion consisting of appro <br />imately 4.3 acres to be annexed and <br />included as part of the proposed par <br />with the City, if necessary, paying <br />for the additional acreage. <br />Second Motion Ayes: <br />Offered by Commissioner Pereira, Noes: <br />seconded by Commissioner McLain and Absent: <br />carried; that RZ-72-11 be continued Abstain: <br />-10- <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />
