'I <br />MATTERS FOR <br />INFORMATION OF <br />COMMISSION <br />(After some further discussion, the <br />',following motion was offered and <br />(,adopted by the Commission as a whole: <br />ll) That the request of Mr. Johnson, <br />prohibiting the use of his property <br />las access to the park land, be <br />~ adhered to . <br />'2) That the City obtain access to th <br />'property through the initiation of a <br />',public service easement through Lot <br />',4 of the Longview tract. <br />3) That a master plan for the ulti- 'i <br />mate use of this property be develop-I <br />ed and presented to the Park and <br />Recreation Commission, Planning <br />Commission and City Council for <br />review and recommendation. <br />4) That in the interim period, should) <br />the Director of Parks and Recreation <br />develop temporary recreational uses <br />which the City feels would be within <br />their scope to maintain and control, <br />said interim recreational proposals <br />should be reviewed by the above- <br />noted Commissions and Council prior <br />to implementation. <br />Secretary Castro reminded the <br />Commissioners of the Clean Water <br />Seminar to be held on January 12, <br />in Oakland. <br />-9- <br />
