If there are <br />too many complaints, the City would <br />then review the situation. <br />Secretary Castro explained that Falen er <br />Homes is proposing to construct two <br />new models. There were certain dif- <br />ferences in these models from the <br />original design. <br />Commissioner Garrigan, as well as <br />Commissioner Wood, felt that the <br />changes should be reviewed and took <br />the plans home to study them. <br />Commissioner Pereira offered a motion) <br />to change the manner in which the ~~ <br />opening and closing of public hearing <br />would be handled. Previously when it; <br />was voted to open or close a hearing, <br />it was necessary to take a complete <br />vote count of all the Commissioners 'i <br />present. It is now proposed to call <br />a motion to open or close the public ~, <br />hearing and this would be ratified by <br />one Commissioner seconding the motion; <br />The City Attorney is to be consulted <br />for legality of this method. <br />Commissioner Garrigan advised the <br />other Commissioners that he and Com- <br />missioner Pereira had met with City <br />staff to review the draft on the <br />Homeowner Brochure.
