If the City wants addi-
tional growth, the only other areas would
be in the southeast quadrant of the City
going into the hills, or consideration
could be given to the ridge area west of
Foothill Road.
Street improvements - Del Valle Parkway
between Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue
extension.
Population - about 71,000
Single Family units - 79%
Multiples - 20%
At this stage, balance of street improve-
ments will occur.
The high school will be completed, with
completion of another intermediate school
at Martin/Mohr Avenue and another new school
on the Meadowlark property.
Phase 4 - 1988-1993
Population - approximately 84,000.
For this stage, the staff has made no pro-
jections.
