Las Positas Blvd, should be <br />considered at this stage. <br />Heritage Valley, H. C. Elliott and Stoneson <br />Development Corp. would be terminating con- tl <br />struction of their lot allocations. ~'~ <br />,, <br />f <br />Phase 3 - 1983-1988 ~ <br />I{ <br />Consideration .for new areas will begin now <br />especially in the Martin/Mohr area. Or, ~I <br />emphasis could switch to the Meadowlark Dair <br />area. Needs for the fire station will remai <br />the same. ~' <br />li <br />This stage will see completion of the multi-I <br />ple units within the Stoneridge development.~'i <br />As far as other streets, only Del Valle <br />Parkway would be completed, since other <br />street improvements will already have been I <br />completed. <br />Population - 56,290. <br />Phase 4 - 1988-1993 <br />Population - 64,300. <br />Developments completed will be indicated at <br />Martin/Mohr area, the easterly area and <br />the Meadowlark area. <br />--------------------- <br />The foregoing ended the basic information ! <br />which was given to the various jurisdictional <br />bodies. <br />This same information had been given to <br />Livingston & Blayney, who will be refining <br />the program and aside from distributing the <br />growth throughout the community, will also <br />develop a capital improvement program that <br />will tie in with each phase of development. <br />-12- <br />
