An additional piece of testimony was intro- duced from Mr. Hank Farrell of San Ramon Village Company, regarding the parcel owned by Qualified Investments, Inc., stating oppo sition to utilizing their parcel as open space or buffer between Singer Housing Co.'s single family development and the Valley Community Services District sewage treatment plant.
