CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />pots February 27, 1973 <br />Time : 8:05 P.M. <br />Place; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />mental impact statements, if needed, are <br />being done. Senior Planner Harris stated <br />that the procedure is to write a memo to the <br />City Manager who brings the matter before th <br />Council. After determination has been made, <br />'staff proceeds with preparation of the EIS, <br />'if Council so deems. <br />Commissioner Wood then requested the status <br />of items he brought up at the previous meet- <br />ing regarding the possibility of making <br />St. Mary Street one-way; the ingress/egress <br />problem at the post office; no parking at <br />any time on Hopyard Road? <br />Director of Engineer Services, Don Sooby, <br />advised the Commission that a Traffic <br />Committee has been set up, and all these <br />items have been noted and will be reviewed <br />by that body. Some discussion ensued, re- <br />garding frequency of meetings, which is on <br />a quarterly basis. The Commission thought <br />these meetings should be held more frequentl <br />Commissioner Garrigan wished to know if <br />anything has been done about painting the <br />curbs red for "No Parking" at the Auf der Ma <br />Apartments on Vineyard Avenue. <br />Commissioner McLain asked whether staff had <br />taken photographs of the Richards Trucking <br />Company site. At the previous meeting, he <br />had requested that a series of photographs <br />be taken over a period of time to show the <br />continuing deterioration of that establishm <br />Senior Planner Harris advised that he had <br />discussed this matter with both Mr. Castro <br />and the City Attorney, and the series of <br />photographs which will be taken of the site <br />over a period of time, has begun. <br />-6- <br />_..._.. -__...r...._ _... _ ,. .. _. _ .._.. _ ___ _ . _.._ ... .~. <br />
