Place; Pleasanton Justice Court Senior Planner Harris explained to the Commissioners that it was the intent of the Commission at the time the ordinance was adopted that the screening would apply to storage in the side yard as well, and that said screening would need to be approved by the Design Review Board. r. Harris stated that the staff would like he option to handle these submittals for Greening of sideyards administratively, ather than bring them before the Design eview Board. Commissioner Garrigan suggested that the staff and Commission come to a meeting of the' minds as to what can be handled administrativ ly and what submittals should be reviewed by the Design Review Board. In this regard, Commissioner McLain suggested that the staff come up with several examples of different types of screening in order that the Commissi n can better determine what can be handled administratively and what should be reviewed i by the Design Review Board. e Public Hearing was closed. A resolution was offered by Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner McLain and carried, approving the amendment to the Ordi- nance Code pertaining to required screening of campers, boats, trailers, etc., stored in the area .between the front yard and the front of a structure or in a side yard. Approved - Final P1anjReview of final plan for the Neighborhood Park at Kottinger Village. Chairman Pons wished to know if these final plans had been reviewed by the Parks & Recreation Commission.
