A resolution was offered by Commissioner Pereira, seconded by Commissioner McLain, and carried, approving the plot plan for the Bellinger-Wilkey Memorial Tot Lot. Application to rezone property described as Parcels 10 and 11, Block 2578, Map Book 946 of the Alameda County Assessor, containing .96 acre, more or less, and commonly known a: that property fronting on the south side of Sonoma Drive approximately 200 ft. east of Sunol Boulevard, Pleasanton, from the I-P '(Industrial Park) District to the 0 (Office) 'District. Secretary Castro advised the Commission that for final action to be taken on this rezoning matter, it was necessary that all three membe had to vote the same way. Both the applicant sand the Commission were cognizant of this 'and determined that this application would be continued two weeks for full participation '~,by Commission members. 'Mr. Bras asked that certain people in the ,audience be allowed to give testimony in 'order that it will not be necessary for them Ito return for another hearing. The Chairman lallowed this request. 'Secretary Castro advised the Commission that this rezoning request had been reviewed by the New Industries Committee of the Chamber '~of Commerce, who expressed concern as to 'the amount of industrial lands within the ~iCity which are developable.
