Adoption will take <br />place under a resolution, as that <br />method will permit facilitation of <br />amendment, if need be, rather than <br />,adoption under the ordinance procedur <br />No action needs to be taken by the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Appeal of Larry V. Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br />'Chairman Pons wished to know whether <br />the neighbors living around Mr. Kuhnk <br />were notified of his intent to con- <br />duct the business from his home. The <br />answer was yes. <br />Commissioner Wood wished to know if <br />hardship would be a factor in this <br />case. It did not appear there was. <br />Mr. Kuhnke was present and stated his <br />reasons for wishing to work from his <br />home. He did not feel he would be <br />violating any codes by so doing. <br />Mr. Kuhnke indicated that part of his <br />business equipment would consist of <br />a key making machine stored in his <br />automobile. The machine is about the <br />size of a typewriter. Also, he woul d <br />have to store about 50 blanks . With <br />that number, he should be able to <br />handle 90~ of his business .
