4y~,~1hHrOy <br />.,- <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Dote ~ March 27, 1973 <br />Time t 8:08 P.M. <br />Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Place; <br />\\\~ <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Garrigan, <br />McLain, Pereira, Wood and Chairman <br />Pons. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />followed. <br />APPROVAL Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, <br />OF MINUTES seconded by Commissioner McLain, and <br />carried, the minutes of the meetings <br />of February 27 and March 13, 1973, <br />were approved as submitted. <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS TO <br />THE. AGENDA <br />At the request of the applicants, <br />Items 5a (Jack Bras/Ray Serafin) and <br />6a (Ralph Juhl), continued to next <br />meeting. <br />Added Item 7a - Guidelines for Home <br />Occupations. <br />Added Item 7e - Guidelines for <br />Environmental Impact Statements. <br />Before the review of items began, <br />Chairman Pons spoke a few words of <br />commendation for past Chairman <br />Garrigan, and the years of dedicated <br />service contributed toward the es- <br />tablishment of a workable land use <br />plan fo r the City . The Chairman <br />then presented Commissioner Garrigan <br />with a plaque and a framed commenda- <br />tion from all the Commissioners. <br />A few words of thanks and appreci- <br />tion were expressed by Commissioner <br />Garrigan to the other Commissioners <br />for their thoughtfulness. <br /> P <br /> e <br /> <br />'i ~, ;: <br />$ <br />i <br />p ,.
