4y$~-3 A1V1Dy <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />.~, <br />.~ <br />~~° Planning Commission <br />MM t0 <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DGte : April 17 , <br />Time : 8:05 P.M. <br />PIoCe: Pleasanton <br />ROLL CALL <br />APPROVAL OF <br />MINUTES <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS TO THE <br />AGENDA <br />MATTERS FOR <br />COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />1973 <br />Justice Court <br />Commissioners Present: Garrigan, <br />McLain, Pereira, and Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: Chairman Pons. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, <br />seconded by Commissioner McLain, and <br />carried, the minutes of the March 27, <br />1973 meeting were approved as <br />submitted. <br />Secretary Castro advised the Commis- <br />sioners that Items 5a - RZ-73-1, <br />J. Jack Bras/Dr. Raymond Serafin and ', <br />5b - RZ-73-3, Ralph Juhl, be con- <br />tinued. <br />Request of Stoneson Development <br />Corporation for a change in eleva- <br />tions for their townhouse development <br />Secretary Castro advised the Commis- <br />sion that concerning the statement <br />noted in the staff report, Paragraph <br />Four, it should be corrected to the <br />extent that the reduction in the <br />total livable square footage of each <br />unit is not going to enlarge the <br />overall open space. This modifica- <br />tion will increase, in all probabili <br />ty, the open space within each indi- <br />vidual lot but as such, should not <br />be interpreted as an overall increase <br />in the common open space. <br />Present to speak for this matter was <br />Mr. Steve Haines, Fisher-Friedman <br />& Associates spoke toward the cor- <br />rection in the staff report.
