4V~~8AJV~o~ <br />MINUTES <br />Date ; <br />Time <br />Place; <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Secretary Castro indicated that this <br />could not possibly be worked out as <br />the capital improvement program and <br />phased growth program completion <br />dates, which will directly affect th <br />ability of the staff to complete <br />the study requested by the Commissio <br />is at least six months away. <br />The Public Hearing was reopened. <br />A motion was offered by Commissioner <br />Carrigan, seconded by Commissioner <br />Pereira and carried, continuing this <br />application for 90 days, pending the <br />staff's researching the possibility <br />of setting up some sort of priority <br />system for developments which have <br />received design review -approval, and. <br />which are to be located on improved <br />lots, versus the approved final <br />tract map which carries no improve- <br />ments, in addition, to allow the <br />City Attorney sufficient time to re- <br />view the requirements of the design <br />review ordinance. <br />ADDED ITEM <br />Approved, <br />Res. 1234 <br />Secretary Castro advised the Com- <br />mission that there is an area of <br />concern which he and the staff share <br />and which has been discussed with <br />the Commissioners at different <br />times, and that concerns the amount <br />of office zoning along Santa Rita <br />Road. <br />Valley Memorial Hospital has appar- <br />ently prepared plans for a clinic <br />and medical complex which will <br />encompass 40-60 acres. <br />Also, the Juhl property at the <br />southwest corner of Black and Santa <br />Rita Road currently zoned Agricultur <br />al, and the possible future site for <br />Resolutic <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes <br />.Noes <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />-6- <br />
