4y$~BA~~°y CITY of PLEASANT~N <br />•~~. <br />`~~~~' Planning Commission <br />+w so <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR <br />DG?B : May 8, 1973 <br />Time : 8:15 P.M. <br />PIOCB; Pleasanton <br />MEETING. <br />,Tustice Court <br />Commissioner McLain felt it would <br />be advantageous if the informational <br />pamphlet, re: those items which woulc <br />require a building permit - be mailer <br />out to all homeowners in Pleasanton. <br />The other Commissioners agreed and <br />suggested that this pamphlet could <br />be sent out with the utility bill. <br />ADDED ITEM <br />UP-73-2, Approved, <br />Res. 1239. <br />Commissioner McLain told the other <br />Commissioners that he had attended <br />the Central Business District Revi- <br />talization Committee meeting, as the <br />Planning Commission's representative, <br />and it appeared that everybody on <br />the committee was very anxious to <br />get going on this project. <br />Commissioner McLain advised the othe <br />members the Traffic Committee will <br />be holding its first meeting on <br />Thursday, May 10, after which he <br />will report back to the Commission <br />what was discussed. <br />Secretary Castro reminded the Com- <br />missioners of_ the preliminary ~en- <br />eral Plan presentation by .Tohn <br />Blayney to be held the following <br />evening at 7:30 P.M., at the High <br />School . <br />Standard Pacific Corporation - appli• <br />cation for a conditional use permit <br />to allow the construction of four_ <br />model homes and a sales office in <br />a garage, for the Easy Street Sub- <br />division. <br />The Public Hearing was opened.
