q~~~s"~~°~ CITY of PLEASANTON <br />.~; <br />`~~~° Planning Commission <br />.o= <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Data ; May 8, 1973 <br />Time : 8:15 P.M. <br />PIOCe: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />City Manager Bill Edgar gave a short <br />presentation and quick rundown of <br />certain items within the budget whic <br />he felt would be most interesting <br />and relevant to the Commissioners . <br />Because of the possibility of no- <br />growth in the coming year, curtail- <br />ment of City services, cuts in <br />personnel, etc., are going to be a <br />reality in the coming months. <br />~FERRALS FROM <br />PARKS AND <br />RECREATION <br />COMMISSION <br />Mr. Edgar indicated that public <br />hearings on the budget would take <br />place in the month of June and he <br />invited the Commissioners to be <br />present and to make recommendations <br />and/or suggestions if they had any. <br />Director of Public Works Alan Camp- <br />bell told the Commission of the por- <br />table buildings the School Board <br />purchased and that an application <br />will be forthcoming shortly from <br />them to locate these portables on <br />the Concord Street site, provided <br />sewer is available. <br />Presentation by Public Works Dir- <br />ector - Master Plan for Walnut Grove <br />Neighborhood Park. <br />This was an oral presentation by <br />Mr. Alan Campbell.
