CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Date : June 13, 1973 <br />Time : 9:00 P. M. <br />P~OCe~ Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Commissioner Garrigan indicated that perhaps <br />signs should not go up before the final fili <br />date on local elections. <br />Other amendments would be that removal must <br />be made of the signs 7 days after an electi <br />Also, no signs to be erected on public <br />property or the public rights-of-way. The <br />only areas available would then be private <br />property with the owner's approval. <br />A motion was then entered and adopted <br />directing the City staff to work out an <br />ordinance amendment for campaign/political <br />signs . <br />Approved, Res. 1243. <br />Review of possible amendment of Sections <br />2-5.35 and 2-5.37, Article 2, Chapter 2, <br />Title II of the Ordinance Code regarding <br />front yard setbacks. <br />The Commissioners felt the staff's memoran <br />was clear and acceptable.
