Mr. O'Hearn explained the <br />reason why they chose the west elevation <br />to be of smooth finish tilt-up concrete - <br />that being for tone effect- to bring in <br />more glass and to add depth and balconies. <br />Also, the Commission further indicated they <br />would like to see paint instead of the color <br />mixed into the concrete. <br />After some further discussion on the design, <br />a motion was entered and adopted continuing <br />this case to the next meeting, and allowing <br />the applicant to come back with revised <br />drawings incorporating some of the suggestioc <br />made by the Commissioners that evening. <br />Arrow Rental Center - application for renews esolution: <br />lof lawnmower repair and sales business in a Seconded: <br />portion of a building located at 4301 Valley yes: <br />Avenue, Pleasanton. oes: <br />!Absent: <br />The Public Hearing was opened.
