"""'~ CIT'P of PLEASANTON
Planning Commission
MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING.
~ Of@ June 13, 1973
Time : 9;00 P.M.
PSG C8; Pleasanton Justice Court
MATTERS INITIATED B Commissioner Garriga n noted that since the
COMMISSION MEMBERS Planning Commission meetings have been
reduced to one a month, the meetings have
been very long. He wondered if they should
not go back to two meetings in a month. ~
The possibility of special meetings or
cutting off the applications fora specific
agenda sooner, or putting Design Review or
Board of Adjustment meetings on other night
might be considered.
It was decided to continue with the one
meeting a month for a few more months to
better ascertain if the arrangement would
be workable.
Commissioner McLain noted that NASA took
some land use photographs of California,
which would include seismic photographs.
He suggested that the City write to NASA
to obtain prints.
Commissioner McLain talked about the meet-
ing held on the Livermore Airport, which
both he and Mr. Castro attended. It
appeared from the last session, that althou;
the City of Livermore was to work closely
with Pleasanton on all phases of developmen
of the Airport, it seems as though they are
in fact making most decisions and merely
keeping Pleasanton in the role of "on-
lookers."
Commissioner McLain advised the other
Commissioners that the Traffic Committee,
of which he is a member, will meet the
following day.
,,
-11-
