M. <br />PIGCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />MATTERS INITIATED <br />BY COMMISSION <br />MEMBERS <br />Perhaps all matters which would arisE <br />from this program enforcement could <br />be handled administratively. <br />It was concluded that Commissioner <br />Pereira could do some work on this <br />and decide how the City may better <br />utilize its Commissioners. <br />Commissioner Wood thanked the staff <br />for arranging the study session and <br />get-together with the members of <br />Livermore's Planning Commission. <br />He felt these meetings were very <br />beneficial to both cities. He <br />suggested that perhaps the cities <br />could take turns giving a barbecue or <br />some other function which would be <br />the least expensive, the object <br />'being that the members could get <br />together to discuss business matters <br />which are crucial to both cities, <br />in an atmosphere more conducive to <br />casual discussion. <br />Secretary Castro offered a meeting <br />schedule of about once every two <br />months. <br />The meeting was then recessed to an <br />executive session at 10:00 P.M. <br />It was reconvened at 10:05 P.M. <br />',Commissioner Pereira then announced <br />'the members who would serve on the <br />various boards beginning with the <br />November meeting.
