PIQCgZ Pleasanton Justice Court ROLL CALL: APPROVAL OF MINUTES REVISIONS AND OMMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA ELECTION OF CHAIR- MAN AND VICE CHAIR- MAN FOR NEXT YEAR. AMENDMENT TO THE MINOR SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE Approved, Res. 12b0 Commissioners Present: Garrigan,, McLain, Pereira, Wood and Chairman Pons . Commissioners Absent: None. Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner McLain, and carried, the minutes of September 12, 1973, were approved as submitted. Add - Minor Subdivision amendment under 5a. The new officers for the coming year were then elected into office. Commissioner Garrigan offered a motion nominating Commissioner Pereira as Chairman, with Commissione Wood to serve as Vice Chairman. This motion was seconded by Commissioner McLain. All voted affirmative, with the exception of Commissioner Pereira who abstained. Another motion was then offered by Commissioner Garrigan, suggesting that Chairman Pons chair this meetingl, and then, the new seats become effec-~ tive at the next meeting. And, that Commissioner Pereira will make his lappointments for the Boards of Ad- justment and Design Review at the jnext meeting. This motion was 'seconded by Commissioner Pereira.
