M. ~~~~~ <br />P~QCB; Pleasanton Justice Court ~~~~ <br />ROLL CALL <br />APPROVAL <br />OF MINUTES <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS TO <br />AGENDA <br />Commissioners Present: Garrigan, <br />McLain, Wood and Chairman Pereira. <br />Commissioners Absent: Pons. <br />Regarding the minutes of January 9, <br />1974, Chairman Pereira amended the <br />minutes to include on page 4, fol- <br />lowing paragraph 4, "Mr. Dutchover <br />stated that, while not shown, the <br />open turfed areas will be practice <br />fields for youth soccer and Littl e <br />League baseball." <br />A motion was entered by Commissioner <br />Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner <br />McLain, approving with the addition <br />as proposed by Chairman Pereira, the <br />minutes of January 9,_1974. <br />Secretary Harris asked that item 6b, <br />the BART presentation, be continued <br />to a special meeting of the Planning <br />Commission, Wednesday, February 20, <br />at 8:00 P.M. <br />Chairman Pereira asked if anyone in 'I <br />the audience was in attendance spec-I <br />ifically to hear this matter. One <br />gentleman responded affirmatively. <br />Chairman Pereira explained that due <br />to the volume of material the Co m- <br />mission is expected to study prior i <br />to making a meaningful recommendation, <br />within the time period given by BART, <br />it is preferred to continue it until ', <br />the 20th. The gentleman assured the <br />Commission that this continuance is <br />agreeable to him. <br />
