CITY of P~EASANTON <br />Pian~ning Commission <br />MIMU'~iR~ ~01~ REGUr_AR MEETINl3. <br />Dote ~ March 13, 1974 <br />Time : 8 : 08 P . M. <br />i~iQCAZ Pleasanton Justice Court <br />park spoke next. He stated that a <br />representative from the Golden State <br />Mobile Home League was to be present <br />that evening, but did not make it. <br />Mr. Crabb is president of the local <br />chapter. He indicated that he had <br />some letters (copies of which he did <br />not have on him) regarding the items <br />promised to be taken care of by Mr. <br />Busk, which had not been done. <br />He requested that the Commission hol <br />off on granting this application <br />until these items were taken care of <br />The meeting was then held in abey- <br />ance, while Mr. Crabb got together <br />with Mr. Busk to discuss possible <br />resolvement of the problems in order <br />that a solution could be rendered <br />that evening on this application. <br />The Public Hearing was continued and <br />the next item on the agenda dis- <br />cussed. However, for the purposes <br />of continuity, the minutes will be <br />shown as uninterrupted for this <br />hearing. <br />Mr. Crabb then came back to the hear- <br />ing accompanied by Mr. Busk. He <br />approved of the extension of this <br />permit but with the stipulation that <br />all required conditions are complied <br />with by Mr. Busk. Regarding Condi- <br />tion #8, whereby the Fire Department <br />requested that no gates be placed <br />across Montana Drive, he requested <br />that the gates contain a breakaway <br />section. They preferred to have <br />the gates up because several robber- <br />ies have occurred there, and the <br />Homeowners Association erected the <br />breakaway gates for security reasons, <br />\\ <br />~~~\ <br />~,~„~~ <br />The Public Hearing was closed. <br />-3- <br />
