Secretary <br />arris stated that the proposal is in compli- <br />nce with the proposed tentatively approved <br />aster plan, and requested that the item be ~ <br />(placed on the agenda, the hearing opened, and <br />;continued for one month in order that it may <br />be advertised. He further clarified that it <br />.,should be understood this amendment is to be i <br />i~included in the first of three groups of <br />~~amendments to be heard this year. For the <br />nbenefit of the other Commissioners, Chairman <br />,Pereira explained this new State requirement. <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION Presentation by the consultants of Harlan <br />Geldermann's proposed "Las Positas New Town." <br />Secretary Harris introduced Messrs. James <br />Fairman, Wilsey & Ham, and Sam Nash, Engineer <br />with the same organization. <br />is <br />.off\\ <br />\\\\\ <br />~»~» <br />Mr. Fairman made the presentation, providing <br />a history of this development. <br />
