Th <br />staff was instructed to look into thi <br />matter. <br />Commissioner McLain asked why the ap- <br />plication for babysitting permit was <br />not handled administratively. Secre- <br />tary Harris explained that after the <br />policy is established on the Commissi <br />workload, this is one of the items <br />which will be handled by staff. <br />-11- <br />
