Gregory - application to <br />conduct a swimming pool repair ser- <br />vice from a residence at 3408 Isle <br />'Royal Court, Pleasanton; zoning for <br />'the property being R-1-6500 (Single <br />'iFamily) District. <br />This matter went before the Commission <br />due to a complaint registered when <br />Mr. Gregory initially applied for <br />his home occupation permit to con- <br />duct the pool repair service from i <br />his home. The only equipment on the i~ <br />(premises would be stored in his pick-I <br />up truck. <br />The complainant was not present at <br />the meeting. Both Mr. and Mrs. <br />,Gregory were present and requested <br />(favorable consideration. <br />(After some deliberation, a motion <br />was entered and adopted allowing <br />Gary A. Gregory to conduct a home <br />occupation from his residence, in <br />accordance with the conditions noted <br />',in the staff report and the require- <br />Iments as noted in the Home Occupation <br />iOrdinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />Planning Commission worxloaa - <br />Secretary Harris stated that the <br />revisions were made, with fur"~her <br />clarification from the City Attorney. <br />Discussion ensued on possible delays <br />in finalizing the matter. <br />City Attorney Ken Scheidig indi- <br />cated that Council had authorized his <br />office to recodify the Ordinance <br />Code, which he did not anticipate <br />\\~ <br />Motion: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />r ' <br />-9- <br />
