CITY of PLEASANTON <br />± Planning Commission <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DCtB : July 10, 1974 <br />Time : 8:24 P.M. <br />PIOCB: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL <br />APPROVAL OF <br />MINUTES <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS TO THE <br />AGENDA <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT <br />UP-74-9, Approved, <br />Res . 1303 <br />Commissioners Present : Carrigan , <br />Wood and Chairman Pereira. <br />Commissioners Absent: McLain and <br />Pons. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />followed. <br />Upon mgtion of Commissioner Carrigan, <br />seconded by Chairman Pereira, the <br />minutes of June 12, 1974, were <br />approved as submitted. <br />Secretary Harris pointed out a cor- <br />rection in the agenda - Under 7a - <br />Appeal of James Kane, should be <br />changed to "Edward." <br />Laverne Perry - application for a <br />conditional use permit to allow the <br />establishment of a babysitting <br />service for two children in addi- <br />tion to those residing at the resi- <br />dence, located at 6074 Allbrook Cir- <br />cle, Pleasanton; zoning for the <br />property is R-1-6500. <br />I~The Public Hearing was opened. <br />IMrs. Perry was present and had no <br />lobjections to the staff report. <br />'Since no questions were forthcoming <br />from the audience, the public hearing <br />was closed. <br />Commissioner Wood determined from <br />Secretary Harris that the usual <br />letters to surrounding property <br />owners were sent out. <br />A resolution recommending approval <br />of this application subject to the <br />conditions noted in the staff report, <br />was entered and adopted. <br />Resolution <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain <br />X <br />
