Staff concurred that ii <br />is their hope that it would develop <br />in that manner to complement a revi- <br />talized downtown. The Chairman con- <br />curred that this thinking is in keep- <br />ing with the current and revised <br />General Plan an+d in keeping with the <br />CBD revitalization plan. <br />Mr. Bow ling emphasized that the plan <br />is spelled out in such a way as to <br />allow sufficient latitude to take <br />care of whatever improvements or <br />acquisitions, etc., the City may neec <br />to make, as noted on Page 5, Section <br />III, No. 1. <br />The Chairman asked Mr. Bowling what <br />-3- <br />
