He indi- <br />cated that it is Morrison Homes' <br />understanding that the medium densit <br />designation will allow anything in <br />density from single-family detached <br />up to 8-10 units per gross acre. <br />Secretary Harris indicated that Mor- <br />rison's letter asked for a maximum <br />of 8 units/gross acre. <br />There being no further discussion, <br />the public hearing was closed. <br />GENERAL PLAN ', <br />AMENDMENT <br />GP-74-8, Approved, <br />Res. 1309 <br />A resolution recommending to the <br />City Council the adoption of this <br />General Plan Amendment as petitioned <br />was entered and adopted. <br />Valley Memorial Hospital - appli- <br />cation to amend the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton from <br />Institutions, Limited Industrial, <br />Professional and Administrative <br />Offices and High Density Residential <br />for that approximately 54.8 acres <br />of land located between Santa Rita <br />Road, W. Las Positas Boulevard, <br />the Southern Pacific Railraod tracks <br />and the Tassajara Canal. <br />The staff report was summarized by <br />Planning Director Harris.
