A~ANTQN <br />~~ la in <br />P nn g Com i~ ion <br />m S <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br /> Dats 2 September 11 , 1974 <br /> Time : 8:09 P.M. <br /> Place; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Commissioner McLain called the <br />Commissioners' attention to an Air- <br />port Land Use Study and Master <br />Plan meeting to be held on September <br />17 at the Livermore Airport. He <br />stated he could not be present. <br />Commissioner Wood felt that someone <br />from City Council, as well as staff <br />and Planning Commission be repre- <br />sented. <br />No Commissioner could attend. Mr. <br />Harris indicated he would attend for <br />staff and the Commission directed <br />Mr. Harris to make the Council aware <br />of this meeting and request repre- <br />sentation from that body. <br />Commissioner McLain asked about <br />Richards Trucking Company's non- <br />conforming, continuing use of the <br />property at 1045 Division Street. <br />The City Attorney was again asked to <br />check into this matter for purpose <br />of abatement of the use. <br />Chairman Pereira called the staff's <br />attention to two pickups parked in <br />front of 10 W. Angela Street and <br />the continuing problems the City <br />is experiencing with illegal <br />tenancy of the property. <br />Mr. Harris stated that the City is <br />aware of this matter and is attempt- <br />ing to clear up the problem by <br />getting the use off the property. <br />The Chairman felt that an alter- <br />native which could be considered <br />would be to cite the owner of the <br />property . <br />-1~- <br />
