The matter <br />has been cleared up. <br />A special presentation and meeting <br />of the City Council on Harlan Gel- <br />dermann's proposed "New Town" has <br />been scheduled for November 4, 1974. <br />Secretary Harris informed the Com- <br />mission that Robert Butler has been <br />appointed to fill Gene Pons' un- <br />expired term. <br />Regarding the airport committee <br />meeting, which discussed the re- <br />gional master plan, Commissioner <br />McLain, stated that nothing perma- <br />nent has been established. Mr. <br />Harris said that a staff member will <br />be attending every meeting of the <br />Airport Committee from now on. <br />Commissioner Wood requested that <br />staff initiate an ordinance amend- <br />ment deleting the rental of garden, <br />hand tools, etc., from the C-C <br />(Community Commercial ) District . <br />The regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission was adjourned at x:50 P.M. <br />~~ <br />~. <br />Robert J.
