Abstain: <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />The applicant was present and con- <br />curred with the staff recommendations <br />Chairman Wood referred to the possi- <br />bility of the applicant providing <br />a bike rack, since the business is <br />the type which would attract a lot <br />of children.
