He changed the <br />recommendation to show only the ap- <br />plicant's parcel to be involved in <br />the plan amendment, leaving the Mar- <br />tin property as low density residen- <br />tial. <br />present to speak for the application <br />was Mr. Bill Hirst, 147 Bernal Avenu <br />He indicated the applicants are in <br />complete agreement with the staff re <br />port and with the proposed revision. <br />No one else spoke to this applicat <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />Chairman Wood gave the background of <br />the application and what transpired <br />at the last meeting. <br />A resolution recommending to the Cit <br />Council that the General Plan Re- <br />vision and the 1968 General Plan be <br />amended to show agriculture and <br />grazing for that 22.68 acre parcel <br />owned by Pleasanton Garbage Services <br />leaving the lands belonging to Ralph <br />L. and Wilma F.
