,'.."'°• CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DCte : December 11, 1974 <br />Time : s :18 P.M. <br />PIGCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />could consider allowing the office <br />development in a more attractive lo- <br />cation along the Hopyard Road vicinit <br />A resolution was then offered by Com- <br />missioner Butler, seconded by Chair- <br />man Wood, and unanimously carried by <br />those present, recommending to the <br />City Council that the northernmost <br />12 acres of property designated as <br />Professional and Administrative <br />Office on the applicant's proposal <br />be designated Professional and Ad- ', <br />ministrative Offices, and that the <br />remaining 16-1/2 acres be shown as i <br />Limi to d Industrial . <br />Commissioner Carrigan, then stated <br />that, philosophically, he would vote <br />no to that resolution, but in an <br />effort to move this item along, he <br />voted in the affirmative. <br />MATTERS INITIATED <br />BY COMMISSION <br />MEMBERS <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Commissioner Butler brought up the <br />subject previously discussed, of the <br />best manner in which to notify in- <br />terested property owners when matters <br />concerning zone changes, plan amend- <br />ments, etc. are reviewed by the <br />Planning Commission. <br />The consensus of opinion was that <br />Commissioner should meet after the <br />holidays to reorganize and at that <br />time, this subject can be reviewed <br />more thoroughly. <br />The regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission was adjourned at 10:10 P. <br />Rob rt J. r s, Secretary <br />-14- <br />
