`°`~a""r°~ CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />I MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />D018 : January 8 , 1975 <br />Time : 8:2o P.M. <br />PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALT. <br />APPROVAL OF <br />MINUTES <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS TO THE <br />AGENDA <br />REZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-74-15, Approved <br />Res. 1325 <br />Commissioners Present: Butler, <br />Doherty, Carrigan, McLain and <br />Chairman Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance followed. <br />Commissioner Doherty made a correc- <br />tion to the minutes of December 11, <br />1974 - Page 9, Paragraph 6, under <br />review of the human services element <br />of the General Plan, amend to add <br />at end of paragraph: "However, he <br />had the same two reservations that <br />staff had, which are noted in the <br />staff report dated December 11, <br />1974. " <br />This correction noted, the minutes <br />of December 11, 1974, were approved <br />as amended. <br />Secretary Harris advised the Com- <br />mission that the proponent in Item <br />lla, Richard Burge, has requested <br />a continuance because he could not <br />be present. Accordingly, the <br />Commissioners approved an extension <br />to the next meeting. <br />Pleasanton Garbage Service - appli- <br />cation to prezone approximately 23 <br />acres of land located at 2512 Vine- <br />yard Avenue from A (Agricultural as <br />defined by the Zoning Code of the <br />(County of Alameda) District to A <br />(Agricultural as defined by the <br />',Ordinance Code of the City of <br />'Pleasanton) District. <br />Resolution <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />X <br />
