There were five reasons <br />noted in the staff report to sub- <br />stantiate this position. <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT <br />UP-75-3, Approved <br />Res. No. 1329 <br />A resolution was then offered by <br />Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by <br />Commissioner Butler and carried, <br />approving this application, making <br />the finding pertaining to body repair <br />and painting noted above, with the <br />staff conditions and another con- <br />dition requiring posting on the pre- <br />mises with the conditions of approval, <br />Kaiser Sand and Gravel - application <br />for a conditional use permit to oper- <br />ate a portable asphaltic concrete <br />plant at 3311 Stanley Boulevard, <br />Pleasanton, for a period not to <br />exceed two years; zoning for the <br />property is I-G (General Industrial) <br />District. <br />secretary Harris reminded the Com- <br />mission that Condition #2 from the <br />Design Review Board staff report was <br />applicable to this case. <br />Public Hearing was opened. <br />r. Bill Downing of Kaiser, was <br />resent. <br />ommissioner Doherty asked Mr. Down- <br />ng to estimate the length of time <br />his temporary plant would be under <br />peration.
