No. 1328 <br />Commissioners Present: Butler, <br />Doherty, Garrigan, McLain. <br />Commissioners Absent: Chairman Wood. <br />Vice-Chairman McLain presided over <br />the meeting. <br />The Commissioners, staff and audie <br />then recited the Pledge of Allegia <br />to the Flag. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan <br />seconded by Commissioner Doherty, <br />and carried, the minutes of the <br />January 8, 1975 meeting were approve <br />as submitted. <br />Randy Hadley and Hank Cupples - <br />application for a conditional use <br />permit to allow automobile repairing, <br />overhauling and rebuilding services <br />at 1809 Santa Rita Road; zoning for <br />the property is C-S (Commercial <br />Service) District. <br />Secretary Harris wished to add <br />another condition for approval to <br />the staff report - that being, if <br />the case is approved, that the con- <br />ditions of approval be posted pro- <br />minently on the premises, in order <br />that all operators of that building <br />will be aware of them. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. Pre- <br />sent at the hearing were both Randy <br />Hadley and Hank Cupples. Mr. Cupples <br />spoke for the application. He asked <br />why it was necessary to post the <br />building with the conditions of ap- <br />proval since all terms and conditions <br />are spelled out in the lease which <br />he signs with the operators of the <br />businesses.
