This <br />draft ordinance, if the Commission <br />so deemed, would be set for public <br />hearing on May 14. In the interim, <br />it is staff's desire to review it, <br />as well as have the Commission re- <br />view it in detail and raise any com- <br />ments or questions which they may <br />have. It would also allow prospect- <br />ive developers to review the draft . <br />This ordinance is intended to apply <br />Citywide. A map showing all hill- <br />side areas will be presented by <br />staff at the May hearing. It was <br />clarified by the City Attorney, <br />at Commissioner Butler's inquiry, <br />that this ordinance would apply only <br />to those hillside areas on which no <br />development has as yet occurred. <br />Secretary Harris gave further clari- <br />fication of its intent. <br />ning Commission meeting. <br />A motion was then entered by Com- <br />missioner Garrigan, seconded by <br />Commissioner Butler and carried, re- <br />questing that this item be set for <br />Public Hearing on the May 14 Plan- <br />Some discussion ensued on percentage <br />of slope, whether other areas have <br />-5- <br />
