4V`~8A"~°y CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~~~ • <br />'~=~~° Planning Commission <br />0 <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />D018 : July 9 , 1975 <br />Time: 8:0o P.M. <br />PIaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Accepted. <br />Accepted. <br />Continued. <br />Acquisition of a portion of Stone- <br />ridge Drive, conformity with the <br />General Plan. <br />Under State requirements, the Plan- <br />ning Commission must find that the <br />right-of-way of Stoneridge Drive is <br />in conformance with the General Plan. <br />A motion was entered and adopted so <br />certifying. <br />Review of revised elevations for <br />Falender's P.U.D. <br />Secretary Harris indicated that since <br />the initial approval given to Falen- <br />der, there has been one revision when <br />AVCO purchased a number of homes. <br />The Commission, at that time, found <br />that the proposed elevations were in <br />the spirit and intent of the Falender <br />development. <br />It was Secretary Harris's position <br />that the new elevations are not in- <br />ferior to what AVCO had constructed. <br />The homes are a little smaller - be- <br />tween 1600 and 2200 square feet. <br />The Commission reviewed the plans and <br />concurred that they are within the <br />spirit and intent of the General <br />Plan, and unanimously adopted a motion <br />to that effect. <br />Tentative Tract Map #3606 - WoodthrusY <br />School Stie . <br />Secretary Harris explained that this <br />matter had been scheduled and the <br />EIR was advertised according to <br />State law.
