Also, Mr. <br />is Lund, Jr. was present. <br />. Harris spoke first and indicated <br />neral compliance with the staff re- <br />rt. <br />Regarding Condition #2 limiting seatii <br />to 33 seats, unless additional contig- <br />uous parking is provided or a variancE <br />from the parking requirements of the <br />Code is applied for and granted, Mr. <br />Harris indicated that he would apply <br />for the variance . <br />Next, Mr. Lund spoke regarding Condi- <br />tion #5 pertaining to requirements to <br />provide a Jones J-3760 fire hydrant <br />per City standards . He indicated tha <br />there presently exist two hydrants on <br />the east side of that block. He felt <br />it was inequitable for him to have to <br />bear the cost entirely for this im- <br />provement, especially since other de- <br />velopments in that area will have <br />access and availability to it. Dis- <br />cussion followed. <br />!The Public Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval <br />subject to the conditions in the staf <br />report and making the findings for th <br />granting of a conditional use permit, <br />was entered and adopted. <br />-7- <br />
