The ratio of <br />parking would be one to four persons. <br />Secretary Harris stressed that if <br />the applicant intends to expand the <br />conditional use, he would have to re- <br />apply for that portion to be expanded <br />Commissioner Butler clarified from <br />Secretary Harris that the two access <br />driveways on Johnson Industrial Driv <br />are paved, but it was indicated that <br />patching would be necessary. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Pete Denevi was present to speak <br />for this application, and requested <br />that he only be allowed to provide <br />a "total" of 125 parking spaces. Mr. <br />Harris expressed no objection to <br />this request. <br />Mr. Denevi stated considerable con- <br />cern regarding Condition No. 5, that <br />all tennis club activities be con- <br />ducted entirely within the warehouse <br />building, and any expansion would <br />need to be handled through another <br />conditional use application. He <br />stated that the club, at some time <br />in the future, intends to construct <br />a swimming pool, but they are not <br />sure of its location or size. Mr. <br />Denevi indicated that they definitely <br />intend to eventually construct out- <br />door courts. He asked approval for <br />use of the outdoor area, subject to <br />necessary detailed drawings, etc. <br />being approved by staff. <br />-3- <br />
