CITY of PLEASANTON <br />` Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Date October 8 , 19 75 <br />Time : s : 4o P .M. <br />PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Res. 1374 - accept- <br />ance of the EIR <br />Res . 1375-Denial <br />of Tentative Map. <br />Proposed zoning code amendment per- <br />taining to office uses in the C-N <br />(Neighborhood Commercial) District. <br />Secretary Harris explained that they <br />had discovered an inconsistency in <br />the Code which was brought to light <br />as a result of Frank Pozar's appli- <br />cation for a conditional use permit <br />to allow a portion of a building to <br />be used as offices in the C-N Distri <br />Staff proposed an amendment to the <br />code to clear up this problem. <br />A motion was entered and adopted <br />instructing staf f to prepare the <br />necessary draft ordinance to effec- <br />tuate this amendment. <br />Tentative Tract Map #3606 - Morrison <br />Homes. <br />Secretary Harris indicated that the <br />staff report would stand as presenter <br />The City Attorney advised that the <br />environmental impact report would <br />need to be evaluated and action take <br />on it before review of the tentative <br />map could take place. <br />Mr. John Griffin, representing <br />Morrison Homes, was present, as was <br />Dr. Betty Endbiss, who had prepared <br />the draft EIR for Earth Metrics. <br />Commissioner Butler wished to know <br />whether there was any reply or re- <br />buttal to changes that comprise the <br />final EIR, whereupon Ms. Endbiss <br />indicated no comments to offer in <br />that regard since they were only <br />responsible for preparation of the <br />draf t EIR. <br />-8- <br />Motion <br />Sec: <br />',Ayes: <br />Res. 1374 <br />Res.. <br />Sec. . <br />Ayes: <br />Noes <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />XI <br />X <br />IX <br />IRes.l375 <br />Res.
