Abstain: <br />Bill Edgar, C ity Manager, made the <br />presentation for staff . He presented' <br />maps and made reference to the re- <br />vised addendum to the EIR and revise <br />copies of the plan and a fact sheet.' <br />He indicated that the purpose of the <br />meeting was to review the revised <br />re development plan and ask the Com- <br />mission to review the boundaries and <br />if they concur, to adopt the resolu- <br />tion provided in the packet. This <br />resolution calls for Planning Com- <br />mission's approval to change the <br />project area boundaries and recommenc <br />adoption of the redevelopment plan. <br />On maps, he briefly described the <br />plan itself; indicating boundaries <br />of the old project area, as well as <br />the new proposed boundaries, clearly <br />indicating the area to be deleted, <br />etc. The projects which numbered <br />six, were then state d. <br />With regard to property acquisition, <br />the PRA would have limited powers to <br />only pursue acquisition of those <br />properties which would be required <br />for development of the six projects. <br />Mr. Edgar clarified that the maximum <br />length the redevelopment plan would <br />_,. .___.__r__..... _. . _ . _......... ......_.,__ _ _~._.._ <br />
